Father's Day Fun

This is Trevor's first Father's Day and I wanted to make sure he enjoyed it. My sister Amanda helped me come up with this idea that seemed perfect!

Father's Day Tie

A plain white tie - I got mine at TJMax for $6.00
Five paint colors - We used red, yellow, blue, green and orange
A magic marker - Pick your favorite saying (#1 Dad, Best Dad, I love Daddy, Happy Father's Day, etc.)
A happy baby and lots of wipes!

Trevor's sister Amber was in town so it made this messy job much easier!

Father's Day Snack Bag

Trevor is always complaining that he gets hungry in the late afternoon at work. I thought this would be just the thing to solve his dilemma. I bought ten of his favorite snacks (trail mix, granola bars, beef jerky, dried fruit, Starbursts, etc.). On each one I wrote a reason he is the best dad. Then I made him a cute Father's Day bag I found on Pinterest to put all of his spoils in.

We also got up early to make him a delicious breakfast with bacon and gave him his presents. He wore his tie to church and received TONS of compliments on it. I think he really enjoyed his first Father's Day! We love our Daddy!
